I am an avid collector of Ferrari memorabilia, including diecast models. In my collection, I have a 1934 Alfa Romeo 2300 Monza, and it has Ferrari badges on it…albeit they are stickers.
I know that Enzo Ferrari drove for Alfa Romeo early in his career, before he started Scuderia Ferrari, but I am wondering if in fact any Alfa Romeos were badged as early Ferraris. The model itself and original box it came in have nothing on it referring to Ferrari, except the stickers on the car. I have tried to do a little research on this topic, but thus far have not come up with anything validating it.
So am I correct in assuming someone put some Ferrari stickers on this ‘34 Alfa Romeo and pawned it off as an early Ferrari?
If anyone has any info for me regarding this it would me much appreciated. Thanks very much!

Scuderia Ferrari raced Alfa Romeo cars between 1929 and 1938. This car fits that timescale so could well be an accurate representation of a car run by the team.

The Cavallino Rampante has been used on AR’s raced by Scuderia Ferrari since 1932.
