Well, you can buy Transformers Binaltech and Masterpiece figures, which are toys inspired by the Generation One line of Transformers, and they contain die cast metal parts. You can also buy reissue G1 Transformers that contain die cast metal parts. I warn you, however, that most of the figures are now difficult to find. Visit BigBadToyStore.com and ToyWiz.com. I highly recommend the Masterpiece line of Transformers.http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/menu.…http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/menu.…http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/menu.…http://www.toywiz.com/trmaco.htmlhttp://www.toywiz.com/trtabcopaenb.html

I’m not sure if they are die cast but they did come out with a line aimed at those who grew up with the original line. The toys were suppose to be made more “Heavy duty” though.

no, none of the new movie transformer toys have diecast in them. I think they went for plastic due to that it meant only for kids. Generation 1, binaltect, and the masterpiece line are the only line that have metal in them. But the price is pretty high tho.
