Dealer promo models come in all sorts of different models, not just the popular model vehicles. Of course, the less popular vehicles will be harder to find. I know they made a Dodge Stealth, but don't recall seeing any Talon models, not to say they didn't, though, I just don't remember them if they did. As far as someone making a custom one, you'll have to find someone that does custom resin models. I no longer personally know of anyone who does that, but check the internet and you might find someone who can do it.
