Seems like they were merely ‘HotWheels-Special Edition Collection’ or ‘Classics’ or something like that…There are usually ‘Collectable’ trade shows a few times a year which display several vendors with a very extensive variety of diecasts. Try going online to Google Image Search for ‘diecast models’, ‘collectables’, or just get creative to find some websites which actually are just waiting for you to ‘discover’ them! Also, I’d spend at least two-ten hours a month simply cruising toy shops, model stores & trade shows. They’re out there but it’s fun to hunt. I NEVER EVER found any MG Midgets! Boo Hoo!
