So sorry but I cannot remember the name or exact location of this shop. BUT… I did see a shop selling tons of model cars in Wheelock Place. I think it’s either on the second or third level, near the escalators in front of Borders (the entrance facing Orchard Rd).

Can try this toy shop at Caltex House located near Raffles place MRT station OR this shop known as “Simply Toys” which has outlets in Suntec City Level 3 or near Raffles MRT station (can’t remember the exact name of the building)
